WARNINGS: sighs. gun violence, PTSD, truly concerning amounts of self-hatred, mental health issues in general, death of entire family, death in general (Percy at this time has been killed and resurrected twice now), torture. and these are the warnings relevant to Percy.
POWERS/ABILITIES: here is his character sheet! because of some of his abilities, especially the spell Friends, it would be good if you let me know first if he can even attempt to use Friends on your character. he's been known to use it on both enemies and allies in very tight situations, but all he really gets out of the spell is the target feeling much nicer and kindly disposed towards him. when the spell ends (which takes a minute) or if he fails, your character will know Percy cast a spell on them. I won't use this spell on PCs and plot-important NPCs without permission and plotting first!
